Return Policy: Menu items must be returned with receipt the same day it is ordered for a refund, exchange, or credit. Returns are only accepted if item(s) are different than items ordered or if the item is spoiled or bad. Return credits are saved under customer's name and phone number. It is the customer's responsibility to remember the phone number in which the credit is saved. Dine-in buffet refunds, credits, and/or discounts are subject to manager's discretion since buffet quality is subject to many variables outside of Dynasty's control; such as peak hours, weather, children at buffet line, customer hygiene, etc.
